Starters

Heirloom Tomato Crostini w/ Avocado Bacon Aioli

Corn con Queso Dip-
Johnson’s sweet corn, roasted red pepper, scallion, and cheese folded in a with southwestern spices

Blueberry Salsa- fresh Johnson blueberries, red pepper, red onion, cilantro, fresh lime juice

Chef Selection of Di Bruno Chesses & Cured Meats

Fiesta Dip- layers of sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, and garnished with jalapeno peppers

Sweet Corn Salsa- blanched Johnson’s corn and folded with cilantro, red pepper, and jalapeno pepper, and fresh lime juice

Salads    Mediterainanpasta salad

Johnson Peaches and Tomato Salad- basil and sherry honey vinaigrette

Mediterranean Pasta Salad- tri color rotini, cucumber, cherry tomato, red onion, kalamata olive, feta cheese tossed with a red wine vinaigrette

Fresh Fruit Salad Medley- freshly cut fruit available by the pint and quart

Loaded Potato Salad- chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, and scallion

Cucumber Salad- sliced cucumber and Vidalia onion in a sweet vinegar  marinade

 

Sandwiches

Turkey Salad Ciabatta- bacon, red pepper, dill pickle, scallion, chipotle mayo

Southern Pulled Pork served on a fresh baked Kaiser roll

Tomato & Mozzarella Panini- Jersey tomato, fresh mozzarella, garlic pesto spread

Southwest Chicken Sandwich- blackened chicken, avocado, bacon, cheddar cheese, with a chipotle ranch sauce

Oven Roasted Turkey Quesadilla- apple butter, spinach, granny smith apples, and provolone cheese on a whole wheat wrap

Sausage, Pepper, & Onion- mild Italian sausage in our marinara sauce and served on a torpedo roll

Entrees

Slow Roasted Chicken Enchiladas- filled with black beans, corn, sharp cheddar cheese and topped with salsa

Portobello Napoleon- layers of roasted portabella mushrooms, jersey tomato, sautéed spinach, and Smoked Gouda with a balsamic reducti

Chicken Serres -Chicken breast marinated in lemon and oregano then pan roasted to perfection. Topped with a fresh jasper tomato, kalamata olive and feta relish.
